GA HB1357

Amends the Act creating the Bulloch County Public Facilities Authority (originally approved June 30, 2020) to expand the definition of "project" to include any undertaking permitted by the Revenue Bond Law

Authorizes the authority to issue revenue bonds to pay project costs and refund previously issued bonds, with principal and interest payable solely from pledged revenues and properties

Prohibits the authority from issuing revenue bonds to finance projects for Bulloch County School District or any other political subdivision or municipal corporation within Bulloch County, except for Bulloch County itself

Limits revenue bond maturities to a maximum of 40 years
