Authorizes the Magistrate Court of Brooks County to collect a technology fee of up to $10.00 per civil action filing and up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed

Fees must be used exclusively for court technology needs including computer hardware/software, audio-visual equipment, imaging and scanning systems, and digital archiving of court records for public access

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the clerk of the magistrate court

Fee authority terminates on July 1, 2036, with any remaining funds dedicated to general Brooks County technology uses
