Expands the Brooks County Board of Elections and Registration from its current size to five members, effective January 1, 2027, with current member terms expiring December 31, 2026.

Each member of the Brooks County Board of Commissioners appoints one board of elections member, subject to majority approval by the full board of commissioners.

Three members constitute a quorum; initial terms are staggered with two members serving until December 31, 2029, and three serving until December 31, 2031, with four-year terms thereafter.

Grants the board of elections authority to hire, direct, evaluate, and terminate the elections supervisor, who oversees daily administration of board affairs.

Elections supervisor and staff receive county employee benefits but remain under the hiring and firing control of the board of elections rather than the county governing authority.
