Repeals nonjudicial foreclosure provisions for time-share owners' associations, with exceptions for time-share estates created between July 1, 2023, and June 30, 2026

Effective July 1, 2026, owners' associations may only foreclose liens on time-share estates created or amended on/after July 1, 2023, using procedures under Code Section 44-3-109 for unpaid assessments and charges

Preserves mortgagees' ability to foreclose on time-share estates through standard mortgage foreclosure procedures under Part 2 of Article 7 of Chapter 14

Time-share estates created before July 1, 2023, or after June 30, 2026, would not be subject to the nonjudicial foreclosure provisions in Code Sections 44-3-206 and 44-3-207
