State Court of Hall County increases from three judges to four judges effective January 1, 2028

The fourth judge will be appointed by the Governor for an initial term ending December 31, 2030, with successors elected by Hall County voters in the 2030 general primary for four-year terms

Judges shall receive annual salary equal to 90% of a superior court judge's gross salary (state funds plus Hall County locality pay effective July 1, 2026), paid from Hall County funds

The judge with the longest period of service on the court serves as chief judge

Repeals superseded Section 2A of the original Act creating the State Court of Hall County
