GA HB1386

Defines "massively municipalized county" as any county without consolidated government where two or more municipalities cover 95% or more of the county's land area

Prohibits county development authorities in massively municipalized counties from purchasing or accepting property for tax incentive projects within any municipality whose governing authority has adopted a resolution limiting such authority operations

Removes prior geographic restriction that limited the prohibition to municipalities north of the county seat's northernmost corporate limit

Exempts projects approved by a development authority within a municipality prior to that municipality's adoption of a limiting resolution from the new restrictions

Protects amendments, refinancing, renewals, or property transfers related to previously approved projects from being affected by these provisions
