Prohibits drug manufacturers and wholesale distributors from denying, restricting, or preventing licensed pharmacies from acquiring or dispensing drugs purchased through the federal 340B drug discount program

Prevents manufacturers and wholesalers from blocking pharmacies from entering into contract pharmacy arrangements with 340B covered entities, including hospitals and healthcare providers

Bars manufacturers, wholesalers, and their agents or affiliates from requiring covered entities to submit claims or utilization data as a condition for drug access, unless required by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Violations constitute unfair or deceptive acts under Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act of 1975, with penalties available under that act and other applicable state laws

Adds new Code section 26-4-120 to Article 6 of Chapter 4 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated
