Motor vehicles used in reckless stunt driving offenses are declared contraband and subject to forfeiture upon conviction, removing the previous requirement of a prior conviction before forfeiture could apply

Forfeiture proceedings must follow procedures established in Chapter 16 of Title 9 of the Georgia Code

Courts may transfer vehicle title to another family member instead of forfeiture if the vehicle is the family's only vehicle and financial hardship to the family outweighs the benefit to the state

Family member receiving a transferred vehicle must be a licensed driver who needs the vehicle for employment or family transportation, and the transfer remains subject to any existing liens

The hardship exception allowing title transfer to a family member may only be granted once per family
