Creates a specialty license plate honoring public safety officers in Georgia, designated as item (76) under Code Section 40-2-86

Directs all funds raised from sales of the specialty plate to the Georgia Public Safety Foundation, Inc.

Requires a two-thirds majority vote in both the Senate and House of Representatives for passage, per Georgia constitutional requirements

Effective date of January 1, 2027
