Requires the intervention component of DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Programs to be conducted in person, prohibiting online courses or remote participation platforms

Amends the definition of "intervention component" in Georgia Code Section 40-5-1 to specify in-person delivery of therapeutic education and peer group counseling

Intervention component consists of 20 hours of therapeutic education about alcohol and drug use and driving, plus peer group counseling

Risk assessment must be completed before the intervention component, and programs may include optional clinical evaluations conducted by evaluators licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities
