Establishes the Worker Tariff Relief Program administered by the Georgia Department of Labor to provide temporary assistance to workers who lose jobs, are furloughed, or experience reduced hours/wages due to federal tariffs, retaliatory tariffs, or supply chain disruptions

Provides four types of assistance: temporary income support (capped at 80% of prior average weekly wage when combined with other benefits), reemployment services, workforce training for high-demand occupations, and supportive services like transportation and child care

Limits assistance to a maximum of 26 weeks, though the Department may extend this period by rule

Requires the Department to verify employment disruptions are trade-related through employer attestations or industry data, and authorizes prorating benefits if demand exceeds appropriated funds

Mandates annual reporting to the Governor and General Assembly on individuals served, assistance types, affected industries/regions, and reemployment outcomes
