Authorizes the Georgia Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Board to charge fees for license verifications, certificates, plaques, and identification cards to cover associated costs

Permits the board to retain collection fees received to offset the cost of collecting fees required under the chapter

Allows incidental revenues from these fees to be retained by the board pursuant to Code Section 45-12-92.1, rather than depositing all funds into the state treasury

Clarifies that standard examination, license, and renewal fees must still be deposited into the state treasury and used solely for board operations and enforcement
