Juvenile court clerks must collect and report data on monetary sanctions (fines, fees, court costs, restitution) assessed against children in need of services, delinquent children, and children accused of misdemeanors or felonies

Required data elements include sex, age, race, offense charged, offense location (including whether in a school safety zone), referral source, case disposition, sentence imposed, court of jurisdiction, and collection status of monetary sanctions

Data must be submitted to the Georgia Juvenile Data Exchange at least once per week through scheduled uploads

Administrative Office of the Courts must compile all collected data by April 15, 2027, and annually thereafter

Compiled data reports must be made publicly available through the Georgia Juvenile Data Exchange
