Establishes a coordinated trade impact reporting framework requiring the Department of Revenue to publish quarterly Georgia tariff impact reports within 45 days of each quarter's end, analyzing price impacts, employment effects, export/import volumes, and regional variations

Requires an annual state trade impact report by December 31 each year, synthesizing quarterly findings with comprehensive sector-level analysis, secondary economic effects, and stakeholder case studies

Creates a nine-member nonpartisan Trade Impact Advisory Panel with three appointments each from the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President of the Senate to advise on methodology and data sources

Mandates at least one annual public hearing to present findings, with at least one hearing held outside the Atlanta metropolitan area to include rural and export-dependent communities

Provisions automatically repeal on July 1, 2031, with an evaluation of the reporting framework due to the General Assembly by July 1, 2030
