Properties that received prior good-faith written approval or confirmation from local government for an identified development are exempt from temporary moratoria on permits or zoning decisions

Properties that already received permits unrelated to the matters covered by the moratorium are also exempt from the moratorium

Adds new Code Section 36-60-34 to Chapter 60 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated governing counties and municipal corporations

Applies to temporary moratoria adopted by counties or municipalities on the issuance of permits or zoning decisions
