Authorizes the Municipal Court of the City of Mableton to collect a technology fee up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each criminal and quasi-criminal fine

Fee revenue restricted exclusively to technology needs of the Municipal Court and city police department, including computer hardware/software, imaging and communications equipment, and printing systems

Police department uses include body-worn cameras, mobile and stationary cameras, vehicle-mounted cameras, drones, and 9-1-1 emergency response public safety answering point operations

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the court clerk and city chief financial officer, subject to audit by a governing authority-approved auditor

Funds may reimburse the city's information technology department for services provided to the court or police department
