Encourages state, county, and municipal government officials, boards of education, schools, colleges, universities, businesses, and citizens to participate in commemorative ceremonies, programs, and activities each April

Establishes legislative findings citing the need for public education, awareness, and discourse about the impacts Black women have had on Georgia
