Solicitor-general of the State Court of Muscogee County shall receive an annual salary of not less than 90% of a junior judge's salary (including base salary and local supplement), paid monthly from county funds

Chief assistant solicitor-general shall receive an annual salary of not less than 80% of the solicitor-general's salary, paid monthly from county funds

Solicitor-general may designate any assistant solicitor-general with at least 5 years of active law practice experience as a senior assistant solicitor-general

Assistant and senior assistant solicitor-general salaries shall be set by the solicitor-general and must be consistent with salaries of other county or state-employed attorneys

Effective date is the first day of the month following gubernatorial approval
