Eliminates the requirement to display revalidation decals (annual registration stickers) on Georgia license plates as proof of vehicle registration, effective January 1, 2027

Removes the $1.00 fee previously charged for mail-in registration renewals that included decal processing

Maintains all existing vehicle registration requirements, fees, and annual renewal obligations—only the physical decal display requirement is repealed

Updates approximately 25 code sections across motor vehicle registration, special license plates, and tax statutes to remove references to revalidation decals while preserving county name decals and "In God We Trust" decals

Retains law enforcement authority to verify registration through electronic means rather than physical decal inspection
