Creates a cause of action allowing defendants to sue claimants and their attorneys when ADA website accessibility lawsuits are adjudicated against the claimant, involuntarily dismissed, or dismissed for lack of standing

Awards actual damages for business disruption and lost opportunity costs, or statutory damages of $10,000, whichever is greater

Allows recovery of reasonable attorney fees for both defending the original lawsuit and prosecuting the counter-action

Treble damages available when the claimant received written notice of this law's provisions but refused to voluntarily dismiss the unsuccessful action

Two-year statute of limitations after judgment entry; effective July 1, 2026, applying to causes of action accruing on or after that date
