Authorizes the Probate Court of Union County to collect a technology fee of up to $5.00 per civil action filing and up to $5.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed by the court

Funds must be used exclusively for court technology needs including computer hardware/software, imaging and scanning equipment, communications systems, and digitization of court records for public access

Collected fees must be maintained in a segregated account by the probate court clerk and are subject to audit by an auditor approved by Union County's governing authority

The authority to assess the technology fee terminates on July 1, 2036, with any remaining funds dedicated to general Union County technology uses
