Amends the City of Cornelia charter (originally approved April 30, 2013) to remove the existing cap on property tax millage rates

Grants the city commission authority to establish millage rates by ordinance without a predetermined maximum limit

Retains city commission authority to set property tax due dates, payment periods, and options for installment payments or lump sum payments
