Ride share network services must provide drivers with estimated mileage, minutes, and compensation before they accept a trip, and send electronic receipts within 24 hours of trip completion detailing platform time, mileage, pay rates, tips, and itemized deductions

Monthly reports required for each driver showing their effective hourly rate, average compensation per mile and per minute, and explanations for any algorithmic pay adjustments, bonuses, or penalties

Account deactivation defined as blocking platform access or changing driver eligibility status for more than three consecutive days

Within 24 hours of deactivating or terminating a driver, ride share services must provide written notice with specific reasons, dates/times of alleged incidents, description of evidence, and an appeal process

Personal identifying information of passengers and witnesses must be redacted from evidence shared with drivers, and dates/times of sexual assault or harassment incidents are protected from disclosure
