Amends the City of Acworth charter (originally approved February 17, 1989) to adopt an updated official map of the city's corporate limits

Adopts the "Official Map or Description of the Corporate Limits of the City of Acworth, Georgia," dated January 2, 2026, prepared by the City Clerk, as the official boundary map

Establishes that corporate boundaries as of January 1, 2026 shall be reflected on the official map

Requires the official map or written description to be permanently retained in the city clerk's office, with certified copies admissible as evidence in all courts

Boundaries remain subject to future amendment by local Act or in accordance with general state law
