GA HB1500

Amends the City of Suwanee charter to annex approximately 143 acres into the city, including over 120 specified parcels from Gwinnett County Tax Assessor records and unincorporated portions of McGinnis Ferry Road right-of-way.

Annexed areas include intersections of McGinnis Ferry Road with Wildwood Road, Satellite Boulevard, Northholt Parkway, and Autumnbooke Way.

Removes approximately 8 acres from the city boundaries, consisting of parcel 7152 004A and adjacent right-of-way of McGinnis Ferry Road and I-85.

Properties are identified by Gwinnett County Tax Assessor parcel numbers effective upon the subsection's effective date.
