Schedules the next general election for the City of Pembroke mayor and five city council members for the Tuesday after the first Monday in November 2027, with elected officials taking office on the second Monday in January 2028.

Council members elected from Districts 1, 3, and 5 in 2027 will serve initial two-year terms, while the mayor and council members from Districts 2 and 4 will serve four-year terms.

Establishes staggered four-year terms for all future mayors and council members after the initial 2027 election cycle.

Sets municipal general elections to be held on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November in odd-numbered years going forward.

Current mayor and council members serving when the act takes effect will complete their existing elected terms.
