GA HB1519

Amends the City of Peachtree City Public Facilities Authority Act (originally approved May 13, 2011) to specify that authority members who also serve on city council have terms concurrent with their council terms

Prohibits transfer or assignment of membership or interest in the authority

Clarifies that authority membership does not confer any benefit, right, or interest in the authority's assets or properties

Maintains existing eligibility requirements: members must be at least 21 years old, residents of Peachtree City for at least two years, and have no felony convictions

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval
