Repeals a 1962 local constitutional amendment (Ga. L. 1962, p. 808) that provided a 5-year exemption from local ad valorem property taxes in Early County

The original exemption applied to any person who built, equipped, established, completed, or enlarged a manufacturing or processing plant in the county

Properties already receiving the tax exemption when this act takes effect will continue to receive it for the remainder of their unexpired 5-year period
