Authorizes the Municipal Court of the City of Canon to charge a technology fee up to $15.00 as a surcharge on each criminal and quasi-criminal fine

Fee revenue restricted to court technology needs including computer hardware/software, imaging, scanning, facsimile, communications, projection, and printing equipment

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the court clerk, subject to audit by a city-approved auditor

Authority to assess the technology fee terminates on July 1, 2036, with residual funds dedicated to general City of Canon technology uses or transferred to the city governing authority if deemed surplus
