Authorizes the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia to exercise all redevelopment powers under the state's "Redevelopment Powers Law," including creating tax allocation districts, issuing tax allocation bonds, and incurring related obligations

Requires voter approval through a referendum scheduled for the Tuesday after the first Monday in November 2026

Mandates election notice be published in the official organ of Fulton County once at least 90 days before the election and once weekly for two weeks immediately preceding the vote

Requires more than one-half of votes cast to approve the Act for redevelopment powers to take effect; otherwise the Act automatically repeals on January 1 following the election

City of Sandy Springs bears all election expenses, with results to be certified to the Secretary of State
