Authorizes the Ware County Probate Court to charge a technology fee of up to $10.00 per civil action filing and up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed by the court

Fee revenue is restricted to technology needs including computer hardware/software purchases, leases, maintenance, and installation of imaging, scanning, fax, communications, projection, and printing equipment

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the probate court clerk and used only for authorized technology purposes

Fee authority terminates on July 1, 2036, at which point any remaining funds transfer to the Ware County Board of Commissioners for general county technology uses
