Authorizes the State Court of Ware County clerk to collect a technology fee up to $10.00 per civil action filing and up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed by the court

Restricts fee usage exclusively to court technology needs: computer hardware/software purchases, leases, maintenance, and installation; imaging, scanning, facsimile, communications, projection, and printing equipment

Requires collected funds to be maintained in a segregated account by the state court clerk

Fee authority terminates on July 1, 2036, with any residual funds transferring to general Ware County technology uses at the Board of Commissioners' discretion
