GA HB1541

Authorizes the Magistrate Court of Ware County to collect a technology fee of up to $10.00 per civil action filing and up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed

Funds must be used exclusively for court technology needs including computer hardware/software, imaging, scanning, facsimile, communications, projection, and printing equipment

Collected fees must be maintained in a segregated account by the clerk of the magistrate court

Fee authority terminates on July 1, 2036, with any remaining funds transferred to the Ware County Board of Commissioners for general county technology uses
