Authorizes the Magistrate Court of Worth County to collect a technology fee of up to $10.00 per civil action filing and up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed

Funds must be used exclusively for court technology needs including computer hardware/software, imaging and scanning equipment, communications systems, and digitization of court records for public access

Collected fees must be maintained in a segregated account by the clerk of the magistrate court

The authority to assess this technology fee terminates on July 1, 2036, with any remaining funds dedicated to general Worth County technology uses
