Amends the 2003 Act creating Liberty County's board of elections and registration to establish staggered terms for board members appointed by the county governing authority

Three board members whose terms expire on December 31, 2026 will be appointed to shortened initial terms of two years, expiring December 31, 2028

After serving the transitional two-year terms, successors to those positions will return to standard four-year terms

All other board members continue to serve four-year terms until successors are appointed and qualified
