Authorizes the Municipal Court of the City of Clarkesville to charge a technology fee up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each criminal and quasi-criminal fine paid to the court

Fee amount to be set by the municipal court judge, with funds restricted exclusively to technology needs of the municipal court and city police department

Permitted uses include purchase, lease, maintenance, and installation of computer hardware/software, case management systems, data storage, imaging, scanning, fax, communications, projection, and printing equipment

Funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the court clerk and city chief financial officer, subject to audit by a city-approved auditor

Funds may reimburse the city's information technology department for services provided to the court or police department
