Authorizes the Municipal Court of the City of Cornelia to charge a technology fee up to $10.00 as a surcharge on each criminal and quasi-criminal fine

Fee revenue restricted to technology needs for the municipal court and police department, including computer hardware/software, imaging and communications equipment, body-worn cameras, drones, and 9-1-1 emergency response systems

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the court clerk and city chief financial officer, subject to audit by a city-approved auditor

Funds may reimburse the city's information technology department for services provided to the court or police department
