Authorizes the Municipal Court of the City of McDonough to charge a technology fee up to $15.00 as a surcharge on each criminal and quasi-criminal fine

Fee revenue restricted to technology needs for the municipal court and city public safety services, including computer hardware/software, evidence management systems, body-worn cameras, license plate readers, and drones

Funds must be maintained in a segregated account separate from other city funds and can only be expended upon direction of the mayor or city administrator

Fee applies only upon conviction, nolo plea, or final case disposition; dismissed or nolle prossed cases are exempt from assessment
