Annexes specific land parcels (Tracts 1 and 2) located in land lots 1765 and 1407 in Jackson County into the corporate limits of the Town of Braselton, Georgia

Excludes Jackson County Tax Parcels 019 122 and B01 016A from the annexation

Amends Section 1.11 of the Town of Braselton charter, originally approved June 3, 2003, by adding a new subsection (c) defining the annexed properties

Properties are identified by a survey dated November 21, 2023, recorded in Plat Book 87, page 51, Jackson County records

Becomes effective upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval
