Tract 2 contains approximately 37.32 acres, also part of Chatham County Parcel No. 10444 01001

Tract 3 contains approximately 1.68 acres, consisting of a portion of Bethesda Avenue lying west of Diamond Causeway

Total annexation adds approximately 43.83 acres to the City of Savannah's jurisdiction
