Creates a state-wide electronic registry for trade name registrations, to be developed and implemented by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority by January 1, 2027

Requires all trade name registration statements, amendments, reregistrations, and cancellations to be completed by affidavit, notarized, and filed electronically with the appropriate clerk of superior court

Allows businesses with trade names registered before January 1, 2027 to voluntarily reregister for inclusion in the new state-wide registry without affecting their original filing date

Mandates publication of trade name registration notices in the county's legal organ once a week for two weeks

Establishes that clerks of superior court must transmit copies of all trade name filings electronically to the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority for public access
