Repeals a 1963 constitutional amendment that imposed term limits on Telfair County officers, including the sheriff, clerk of superior court, judge of probate court, tax commissioner, magistrate judge, and coroner

Requires a referendum during the 2026 general election for Telfair County voters to approve or reject the repeal of term limits

Maintains existing term limits for members of the Telfair County Board of Commissioners under the June 3, 2003 Act (Ga. L. 2003, p. 3992)

Automatically repeals the Act 365 days after the election date if voters reject the measure or the election is not conducted

Authorizes any Telfair County elector to seek a writ of mandamus if the election superintendent fails to conduct the required referendum
