Prohibits publishing, distributing, or making available AI-generated digital replicas of performers without their written consent, including products primarily designed to create unauthorized digital replicas

Requires consent contracts to be limited to 10 years maximum for living performers, must be in writing, provide fair compensation, prohibit perpetual uncompensated use, and include specific descriptions of intended use

Mandates production companies using AI systems in Georgia to publish annual inventories of all AI systems on public websites by December 31, 2027, including system names, capabilities, and impact assessments

Grants the Attorney General enforcement authority under the Fair Business Practices Act and provides performers a private right of action to recover actual damages, punitive damages, equitable relief, and attorney's fees
