Removes the July 1, 2025 automatic repeal of the 10 percent weight variance for vehicles hauling agricultural commodities, farm products, agricultural finished goods, or recovered materials within a 150-mile radius of the farm or point of origin and outside nonattainment areas

Expands enforcement authority to local law enforcement officers (in addition to the Department of Public Safety) for issuing citations for weight limit violations on designated county truck routes and bridges with proper signage

Authorizes local law enforcement to stop, weigh, measure, and inspect vehicles suspected of weight violations, provided officers have received training equivalent to Motor Carrier Compliance Enforcement Section certification

Requires local law enforcement to report any licensing or fuel tax registration violations discovered during inspections to the Department of Revenue

Limits local law enforcement citation authority for bridge weight violations to bridges located within county road or municipal street systems
