Requires benefit providers (insurers, HMOs, health plans, PPOs, employee benefit plans) to disclose payment information to treating healthcare providers within 30 days of a written request

Mandates disclosure of a written accounting of all payments and reimbursements made to an injured party for that specific healthcare provider's services

Defines "injured party" as a person alleging injury by a third party's acts or omissions who has received payments from a benefit provider, including estate representatives

Applies to healthcare providers licensed or legally authorized to provide services in Georgia who have treated the injured party

Effective upon Governor's approval or upon becoming law without approval
