Authorizes the Municipal Court of the City of Centerville to charge a technology fee up to $5.00 as a surcharge on each criminal and quasi-criminal fine paid

Fee amount to be set by order of the municipal court judge

Funds restricted exclusively to technology needs for the court and city police department, including computer hardware/software, imaging, scanning, facsimile, communications, projection, and printing equipment

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account separate from other city funds, with expenditures directed by the city manager

Funds may reimburse the city's information technology department for services provided to the court or police department
