Eliminates the state and local title ad valorem tax fees (each 0.25% of fair market value) for motor vehicles inherited by immediate family members through a will or inheritance rules

Applies only to vehicles that have already been subject to the title ad valorem tax system under Georgia law

Expands the definition of "tourism product development" for hotel/motel excise tax purposes to include air service product expansion at air carrier airports

Amends Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (revenue and taxation provisions)
