Requires insurers under Georgia state health plans to reimburse pharmacies for self-administered drugs using the National Average Drug Acquisition Cost (NADAC) plus a professional dispensing fee, effective January 1, 2026

Sets minimum dispensing fees at $10.50 for chain pharmacies and $11.50 for independent pharmacies

Applies to state employees' health insurance, public school teachers and employees health plans, and University System of Georgia Board of Regents health benefit plans

Prohibits insurers from circumventing reimbursement requirements through prescription drug discount cards or programs

Grants the Commissioner of Insurance enforcement authority over these requirements under existing pharmacy benefits manager regulation laws
