Expands protection of judges' personally identifiable information to include personal phone numbers, home addresses, and property/tax records for current or former state, county, municipal, and federal judges and their spouses

Abolishes the requirement for the Administrative Office of the Courts to maintain a centralized database of protected persons, replacing it with a standardized statewide request form for judges seeking information restrictions

Requires state and local government entities (including court clerks, boards of elections, tax assessors, and ethics boards) to restrict protected information from public disclosure within 30 days of receiving a valid written request

Allows protected persons to bring legal action against individual government officers or employees who fail to comply with disclosure restrictions, with relief limited to injunctive remedies
