Amends Georgia Code Section 24-9-923 to make creative or artistic expression inadmissible as evidence at trial

Defines "creative or artistic expression" as the application of creativity or imagination in producing forms, sounds, words, movements, or symbols, including music, dance, performance art, visual art, poetry, literature, and film

Maintains existing rules allowing photographs, motion pictures, video recordings, and audio recordings as evidence when a witness is unavailable and the court determines the items reliably show relevant facts
